This  training program has all the materials to adequately prepare you to effectively broker.  Maria (instructor) has so much knowledge of this industry and its day to day operations, it is unbelievable.  There is no question that you can not ask Maria, that she cannot answer.  The training methods are simple, straight-forward, easy to grasp and extremely fun.
