JIM STATES: I was a little skeptical about a 1-day training (even though I had booked 2-days and it only took one ) for being a broker-agent. But the amount of information that Maria can give in a one-on-one situation is unbelievable. It's in laymen's terms and very understandable. Also the amount of book and internet information you walk away with is HUGE. - NC
