Answer:

Question:  Do I have to come to you to train?
Answer:
   No - We offer three ways of training to you. 

1.  We "Fly To You" to train.

2.  Via-Internet while using the Manual and on the Phone with Instructor. 

We offer a "State-Of-The-Art Internet Training Program", so there is no need to travel.  This saves on the gas, hotel fees and the time travel.

Question:  How long does the training take?

Answer:   1.  In office training takes only two days.  This is a one-on-one training program with instructor.  No other strangers in the class.  This way no interruptions!

Question:  Tell me what's the difference between being a "Broker" versus an "Agent" ?

Answer:    BROKER:  Is a company that assumes all general legal requirements to operate as a Broker.  They must take of the bond, authority, license and any insurance.  The Broker usually always take care of all the billing and collections.  AGENT:  Is hired as an independent contractor who works under the broker's authority and receives a percentage of the freight that he/she sets up to be loaded and delivered.

 

Question: How do the loads get moved?

Answer:   We instruct you on how to use the load boards on the internet to your advantage.  We supply you with information that makes this job even  easier and more efficient.

Question:  How do I find a broker?

Answer:    We have established ourselves as a quality "Freight Broker-Agent Training Program" for over eight years.  We have brokerage companies who are willing to give individuals, such as yourself a new start.  We educate you on what questions to ask the brokers and why you are asking them.  Because how you present yourself will determine whether you get hired on or not. 

 

Question:  How do brokers pay and what is the split?

Answer:   Brokers pay between 30-75% depending on how much help you need to get started.  They usually do all the billing and collections.  Most pay weekly or bi-weekly and a few pay monthly.

 

Question:   How do I find shippers?

Answer:   We will show you different ways to find shippers.  There are even some brokers that share loads with agents.  But your main responsibility is to call on the shippers and set up a new accounts with them.  You may or may not have to find the carrier company to haul the load for you.  You have a great opportunity to make a great living if your  a go getter!  This business is not an over-the-night-get-rich-scheme.  You have to work at it, but if your willing you won't regret it!

 

Question:  Why does your training only takes two days?

Answer:   Our training is one-on-one training with the instructor.  So you will receive our full attention. 

Question:  Does the training program have to paid upfront?

Answer:    Yes.  In order for us to book the training location, airfare, car rental it must be paid in advance.  (1) Individual fee: $2400.  Each extra person that you invite to join fee: $500 each.    

 

For Via-Internet-Phone training - One individual charge of $750 and must be paid in advance.  Once we receive payment your manual will be shipped and   we will give you time to review before setting your appointments  For two individuals charge of $1000.  (Note: Training comes with one manual only  - extra manuals available for a fee)             

Question:  Where do I stay if I come to your training facility?

Answer    Call for details and scheduling.

Question:  How do I get started?

Answer    First of all... you don't need to go into debt.  You can work from home or rent a small office.  All you need are the following items to get started:  Telephone, Fax Machine, Fast Internet, Hanging Folders & File Folders and some form of filing cabinet. 

 

Question:  Can I reschedule and not lose my payment or deposit for training for the Iowa Training Location?

Answer:   Yes.  You must give at least a two weeks notice and you will not lose your payment or deposit and you will be able to book other dates for training, but once you receive our Manual there are no refunds or bill-backs. 

Question:  Once payment is made are there any refunds or credits for the  "Via-Internet Training Program"?

Answer:    No.  Once payment is made and the Manual is mailed out, our company does not refund or credit for the "Via-Internet Training Program" due to the fact that the student has already received the manual with instructions and samples of paperwork to be a broker. 

 

Also, if we come to you to train there are no refunds or bill backs due to the fact that we have already purchase the airfare, rental car and any conference room charge, which were booked in advance for training.
